How to take a snapshot from webcam using Simulink

I am trying to Take a snapshot from a webcam in Simulink to use as part of a control system. I am currently using the "from Video Device" block. I can get a live video however I only want to take a snapshot (single photo) every 30 seconds.
How is this done?

Additionally, you could try using an 'Enabled Subsystem' block if you do not want a triggered subsystem. The following documentation link provides additional information on how to use the 'Enabled Subsystem' block:
