Turning a row matrix of numbers into a row matrix of vectors.

I want to do something like this: I have the following matrix:
A = [1 5 7]
I want to turn it into:
Anew = [1:6 (5*6+1):(5*6+6) (7*6+1):(7*6+6)]
What is a quick way to do it?
