Integrate and fire neuron model

m(i)=m1(i)+m2(i)is the input to a "integrate and fire" neuron model.m1(i)and m2(i)are arrays of values.Keep threshold T=1. I need to get spikes at the o/p of the model.Whenever integral of m(i) exceeds threshold, a spike has to be generated and integrator is reset.Limits of integral is 0s and 1000s. Can someone help me?
