How can i polar plot R1 without theta .the equation R1=7 means that no matter what angle we’ve got the distance from the origin must be 7. when i plot it it doesn't show in the figures as R2 and R3 does!!!

theta = linspace(0,2*pi,1000); R1=7; R2 = 2 - 2*sin(theta); R3=2+4*cos(theta);

Make R1 a vector of the same length as theta with all its elements equal to 7.
R1 = repmat(7, size(theta));
