Test case generation using path coverage

Please guys, I want to generate test cases using path coverage of program code. I read the theory in papers but don't know how it is implemented. Can anyone suggest any helpful ways to implement? Thanks

Pleas explain any details. What are the entities you want to "test"? What exactly does "path coverage" mean? What kind of "theory" do you mean?
