I have a surface plot and an animatedline plot in a figure window. I want to enable callback when the user clicks on the animatedline only to display another plot in a different figure.

I have plotted both the surface plot and the animatedline plot on one axes1. I want to set a callback when the user clicks on the animated line, so that I can plot the further process on axes2 in the GUIDE. I tried the buttondownfunc but did not succeed. Thanks in advance. cheers
