How to find the accuracy of two matrix ( image)

Hi, I have two images. One is ground truth and another is predicted image. Image size is 800 x 900. How to calculate the accuracy between them?. I also attached that images.

You could use the mean absolute difference (MAD), psnr(), immse(), or ssim(). Of course they will all give different numbers, but all are commonly used, as are some newer ones that I haven't mentioned.
