the loop for comparing two excels row by row

Hi, I am working with a loop to compare excel files in a folder (each excel with the one next to it).The comparison is based on: for each row (Row1) in excel1, ONE row in excel2 is selected when each column number is in a certain range (0.7-1.1 times of that in the same column value in Row1. If there are more than 1 rows selected in excel2, then the row with smallest std (shortest distance to Row1) is selected. Can anyone help me?

Hi Tian,
As I understand from your questions you just want to iterate over the rows for two excel files and make the comparison.You may read the excel data as a table and write a function for your logic. You may find the links below useful,
