what is the difference between using Nyquist frequency to compute the THD and Select the Same as Max frequency to compute the THD in fft anlysis?

i want to ask why the results of the thd differs alot between choosing Nyquist frequency to compute the THD and Select the Same as Max frequency to compute the THD and which one is the correct to compute the correct thd?

Nequist Frequency :the minimum rate at which a signal can be sampled without introducing errors, which is twice the highest frequency present in the signal.

BUT its used for Small signal ... can we use the Nequist for Distribution system for THD fft analysis

when we select the option of MAX frequency THD % at Bus 1 is 0

when we select the option of Nequist Frequency THD % at Bus 1 is 0.44

The THDv value variers alot and THDi value variation with the above choice is less ...
