@Jan The input are the images I have tried dynamic time warping and cnn I also used edge detetion technique but could not find out how to find cg to cg distance of the edges.

Please explain, what "could not find" means exactly. Why not? Did you get error messages? Did the result differ from your expectations? Can you post your code?
