Interfacing of TDS2024 with Matlab using Instrumentation tool box. (improper waveform construction)

We are trying to interface the CRO using ICT. But we cant understand why is there a difference in the values of x and y being exported as shown in the pictures attached. we are not getting the values in "double" because of which our waveform is not getting reproduced on the computer screen. All settings are similar to those given in the video http://www.mathworks.in/products/instrument/demos.html
