availability of example code and support package

I own a MATLAB 2017a Home license and I've found out that neither the examples given in mathworks.com (the "Try it in MATLAB" linked .m files and other .m files made available as links) nor the "Communications System Toolbox Support Package for Analog Devices ADALM-PLUTO Radio" are accessible to me. I know I need a Software Maintenance License for the Support Package but does this make the examples on mathworks.com available to me? & what else, if anything else, do I need to use these example .m files and the ADALM-PLUTO Support Package? Also, do you know who I can contact about the pricing of these products?
