help does not open support website

MATLAB R2018b

When I click on Help ? button, then click on Support Web Site, I get the following error message:

One or more output arguments not assigned during call to "varargout".

Error in web>openWindowsBrowser (line 382)

[stat,output] = dos(strcat('cmd.exe /c rundll32

url.dll,FileProtocolHandler "', html_file, '"'));

Error in web (line 157)

stat = openWindowsBrowser(html_file, options);

That looks okay. I am not sure why the problem is showing up.
