Mismatched labels and images in Image Labeler App

Hi everyone,

I have been using the Image Labeler App from the Image Processeing and Computer Vision Toolbox in MATLAB 2018b to label features in satellite images for training a semantic segmentation network.

I loaded about 500 images and labelled each one with different ROI labels, but now when I load the image labelling session the labels all seem to be mismatched with the wrong images! I can still see the labels I made previously but they are overlaid on different images to the ones I originally labelled.

I'm not sure what has caused this issue. I deleted some of the images in the middle of the image set so I don't know whether the labels got shifted along because of this, but then some of the labels don't even appear to be in the same order that I originally labelled them, so really not sure what the cause is.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Even if there is no solution for the labels I've already created it would be helpful to know what has caused this issue so that I can make sure it doesn't happen again!
