I have written a script for FIJI by matlab. It is apparently working properly (I mean I can see my final result) but I get aformentioned error in Fiji console.Becaue I want to do other analyses using other plugins of fiji I need to solve this issue before the next step. Any soultion for the error?

If you run that routine by itself, what kind of output does it give, what class() ?

It is a plot. I wrote a script to detect edges of anonymous images. So, I need the out put as detected edge and then do other image analysis based on the detected area.
