how to implement Multithreading in matlab

Hi,
I have a client server program which communicates through TCP/IP. however, i need to serve multiple clients at the same time.
parfor will execute the code in parallel but it won't serve my purpose.
Alternatively, does anyone know how to extend "Thread" class of Java in Matlab classes (user defined)?

You didn't explain yet, what the actuall purpose is. What does "serve mutliple clients" mean?
