Using nntoolbox How to cluster the self organizing maps and visulaize it

How to visulaize using this toolbox?
I had a extracted the features from the brain images and which of 11*3064 size where 11 indicates the features and 3064 indicates number of images. I took it as a input to the tool. After training in the tool it is represnting the performance which is low. How can i visulazie this data into clusters? Any information related to the tool pls help me out?
