3D plotting using slice function

I have a set of 3D volumetric data generated from spherical coordinates. I want to plot them using slice function by transferring spherical coordinates into Cartesian coordinate. The problem now is that the Cartesian coordinates generated is not monotonic and not valid gridded thus it prevents me from using ‘slice’ function. How can I overcome this?
