How to edit Simscape Multibody block

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with hermetic Multibody library. I would like to add extra input slot in one of the Multibody block. The pourpose of that is need of edditing some parameter of this block during simulation. I would like this parameter to be e.i. dependent on current position of mechanism. Figuring out how to do this would tremendously simplify creating my simulation.

I have already tried to find some *.ssc files to edit but without effect. I've searched online and find out that Multibody is a encapsulated plug in. Hence my question: do you have some 'experience' in such things or maybe there is there another way to do this?. Apart of searching cource code, at simulation level I tried with connecting proper ports with some conditions block (to set connections at proper mechanism position) but of course wasn't working.

To be specific: 'Spring and Damper Force' block.
