How to segment an image of a breast exactly into halves by detecting its center position

And not by using rows and columns as it has to be done for 120 images with a single code.

No sir the center is not defined for any images.

Also we get this by segmentation done from the input images using its ground truth images

Sir i just used the centroid way to get its center

I do not know whether i can proceed that way for segmentation if so

Could you please explain how
