Problem standalone app display R2018a on windows 10 after win update

HI all,
I develop standalone apps in R2018a. After the update of windows 10 (64bit), laste week, users launch app and the GUI does'nt display. It work very well before. I haven't error. the app is enable in the task manager.
Please help Me!!!
