Matlab crash after i plug in any pen drive to my pc

I am getting Matlab crash and stop working when i plug in any USB drive or external hard drive to my PC

I am using matlab 2019a with windows 7 64 bit , It crash with all kind of USB and any external hard drive. This proplem i got without doing any changes, and i got crash report once ""Warning: MATLAB previously crashed due to a low-level graphics error. To
prevent another crash in this session, MATLAB is using software OpenGL instead of using your graphics hardware. To save this setting for future sessions, use the opengl ('save', 'software') command. For more information, see Resolving Low-Level Graphics Issues. ""
I did this command opengl ('save', 'software') , but the proplem still found.
