Troubleshooting Import big excel file

I have this excel file, I'm trying to import it but I cannot. The cursor keeps spinning all the time.
Can you help me point out what's wrong with the file or the way I import it?

Didn't seem to have any trouble here.
The files isn't all that big...it's mostly empty fields.

Heyyyyyy I'm glad to see you here again.
the first step I took: hit the "Import Data" Button and the cursor has been spinning since then. I don't know if I've imported it right...?

Dunno...I've never tried using the fancy doodads...I just write code. No idea what it's trying to do.
