how to vary the data generated by a neural network when different boxes are checked

i designed an interface to predict accident occurrences after different interventions has been selected,but when i check the excel file where matlab writes the result the prediction is the same irrespective of the interventions checked which should not be,i will be glad to be here from any one that can help,should you need more information on this problem please contact me.
