Plotting a quarter wave

hey , I have this question that I've tried to do several times and I can't get it , all I can do is a half sin wave but the quarter wave I couldn't do
any suggestions ?

Hint:
x1 = linspace(-2, 0, 200);
x2 = linspace(0, 1, 100);
y1 = 4 * ones(1, 200)
You should be able to figure out how to compute x3, y2, and y3 and then stich them together to get the complete signal.
