Plot property inspector is white blank in Mac OS Catalina (10.15.1)?

I am using MATLAB 2018b. When I click on edit plot from the figure/tools menu, it opens a blank window as the property inspector. How can I fix this? This problem occured after I upgraded my OS.

That is a known issue for R2019b or ealier on Catalina.
However, after udpate to R2019b update4 recently, that property inspector problem has been fixed. Try to update to the latest version.
