Problem of comparison in Simulink Test Manager

Dear all,
I created test cases for simulink test manager, but when I compare, result at one time was not same which as following picture.

At 3.06 ms, Mode_RamFlag(Baseline) is 1, but Mode_RamFlag(Compare To) is changed to 0.
How can any one know about it ???

What is the problem actually? Your second signal seems to be delayed with one sample which gives a difference which is showed in your graphs correctly.

I found problem.
Time in baseline was not really right.
Example: 3.0600000001
I fixed
