Tracking velocity of many particles in a frame

Hi. I need to find out the time averaged velocity profile of particles. I split the video into 2921 frames and I have thresholded them. I do not know how to proceed further and will be thankful if someone can guide me. I am attaching one of the thresholded images for reference.
