Holding a signal value for specific time

Hi Everyone. i have a problem
i am using signal biulder for generating square wave. i need a block between signal builder and scope that work as; if specific saturation occur (e.g input=0) then output equal the input(0) for desired time without consideration the state of input signal. i tried Delay but it only shift signal. i tried memory as well but did not work.
