How to convert my special meshgrid to Paraview?

Hi everyone,
I have a 3D matrix in matlab and I can visulize it as 2D slices in Matlab but I thougt that I can get more beatiful visulization in Paraview. I convert my 3D matrix to Paraview as a vtk format but the result is not correct because of that I couldn't use my own meshgrid. How can I transfer my own meshgrid to Paraview or can I generate the same meshgrid in Paraview?
