To Generate the SAML assertion, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Reproduce the Issue:
- Begin by replicating the issue you've encountered. Open your University MATLAB portal and click on the "Sign in to get started" button, which will open a new tab.
Step 2: SAMLResponse Session Capture:
- In the same browser session, open this link: https://www.mathworks.com/auth-edu-sp/Session and save what appears by saving the page itself or taking a screenshot.
Following the generation of the SAMLResponse, kindly send the file to MathWorks via email.
These steps will ensure that the SAMLResponse is appropriately extracted and provided to MathWorks for troubleshooting.
