Set ROS topic with subsystem parameter in Simulink

Hey all,
for a proejct I want to set the topic of a subscriber / publischer with subsystem parameter, but it seems like the topic paramter for the publisher is set to not evaluate the value, there for I can't just put a variable in there. Is there a way to dynamicaly set the topic?
