how to resize an input video

how to resize an input video without converting it into frames. When i give the input video, i am getting the error as out of memory?

You can't in MATLAB because (I believe) you'd have to convert it a frame at a time. Perhaps you'd like to use a DVD authoring program like Pinnacle Studio or Vegas to do that conversion.
