use variable in not Evaluate mask

Hey there,

I want to create a subsustem with a mask, in that sub system I use the ROS publisher block, it's topic paremter is set to not evaluate, like show in the picture.

I want to use a mask parameter of my new subsystem to set the topic of the ros block, but I can use a variable, since it doesn't get evaluated, is there any other way to achive what I'm trying?
