Using RK4 method to solve system of equations instead of ODE45

I have solved system of equations using ode45 code. But i need to solve using RK4 method. I have attached 3 codes for ode45 here.

I am not able to figure out the method to replace ode45 with RK4 as there are multiple equations.

Please help.
