I have baught MATLAB for Student. But I haven't received a license number yet. What's wrong? I don't see any orders in my personal account in spite of the fact than you have taken my money for the license. So please give my a license number or get my money back.

Hey Guys,

I am facing the same problem. I've payed for a student MATLAB license but I didnt receive any reply from you.

I've already checked my spam and tried to get in touch with you via email, but you reply was only an automatic email.

What should I do?

Call them on the phone and talk to a real live person.

You could call Customer Service. Select your location in the drop-down at the end of the Contact Us page to find the number for the appropriate office.
