can anybody help me with this error,load a file in workspace and ruleviewer

hi
i am running model on MATLAB 2018 and recceiving this error
1.load a file into workspace
2.Create a new variable
i have attached the pic

screen capture is hard to read. But the error seems to be that there are still parameters that are not set in base workspace. Are you sure your file is loaded and it is complete?
