Change text to 0 in a cell array

Hi!

I have a 1x4259 cell which contains for example: 150,152,131,156,Full,157,141,Full,143,149.. and so on.

I want to change the text Full to 0 in every cell. How can I do that?

cell_array(cellfun(@ischar, cell_array)) = {0}
