how to add coustum "Titlle" option for "UIaxes" via "Edit Field(Text)" in app Designer...means end user could enter and change the "Title" for different occasions and plots

if i use a UIAxes in app designer there is a option in UIAxes properties for "Tiltle" but

i want to give option to end user so he may enter title of UIAxes whatever he wants...

i think this could be done by inserting a "Edit Field(Text)" with the UIAxes but what would be the code syantax to link it with UIAxes "Title" funtionality.
