I want to read a text file from a location to a function as an argument(such as reading a text into tts(text to speech) function parenthesis) help me with instructions

"Reading a text into a function" is not well defined.

This read a text file into a string:
Str = fileread('FileName.txt');
Afterwards you cann call tts(Str) if you have a command called "tts".
