How to discard entries from a matrix

There is a matrix A (size:12x1000)
I want to extract entires after the 100th value, that means all the values before 100(i.e.1 to 99) are discarded. And the resulting matrix contains only values from 100th column to 1000th column.
Can anyone help me with the code.
