How to get the raw AFM experimental data after reading the ibw file using IBWread function

I have many recorded AFM experimental data, and they are in ibw format. I used the function IBWread to open them in MATLAB. Is there anyone who used it for AFM experimental data? I don't know how to get the raw data after I read the ibw file in MATLAB.
