Passing a signal after a specified duration

I'm looking for a Simulink block that will pass a signal only after it has been true for a given duration. For example, if it receives an input of true, it will only output that signal after 5 seconds (or whatever duration I assign). If the input goes false before the given duration, the signal is not passed. I've had a colleague call this "persistence" but I haven't been able to find such a block in the standard Simulink library. Does anyone know if such an object exsists? If not, any suggestions for how to model this behavior?
