I am doing project on reading a written text. please help me with the code on how to convert text in to speech such that it identifies all letters and words and pronounce it.It would be of immense help

hello,i am doing project on conversion text to speech.So i want to know how to convert text in notepad(.txt file) into speech using matlab. it would be of immense help!!!!!

I am also doing project on this,i have thought if it may be useful for u.you know the dictionary,it contains audios for how to pronounce the text,so my suggestion is please interface that one if possible. Thank u........

If you want to program it from scratch, your question is very general and creating an answer would mean, that we do your job. Then please show what you have done so far and ask a specific question.

But if you can use (and you should, except it is an educational project) existing tools:
