How use Mex File?

HI!
I am using mex file because I have a program in visual C that send to matlab some data, and with this data I have to do graphics in matlab. Can somebody explain me how to use Mex File?? Because I see in internet and I don´t find anything.

It is very surprising, that you find no information, when you ask an internet search engine about "Matlab mex manual" or "Matlab mex guide". Ask Google to find a bunch of links.
Even doc mex contains useful information as the examples shipped with Matlab do. Search in the local docs by:
docsearch mex
