FDATool Code Composer Export

Hello, I have use the FDATool to design a filter and I ant to export it to Code Composer, I selected the menu Target -> Code Composer IDE.
This export a .h file but it then says it can't find any instance of Code Composer, I have the 4.0.0.16000 version installed from 2009 and matlab r2012A.
Now I could copy and paste the contents of the file but I can see that it isn't a complete program it's just the coefficients of the filter, was there another stage which matlab couldn't do because it couldn't detect code composer ?
If anybody has any hints about what to do next, or if the coefficients are the final result and I don't need more, I would appreciate it as I'm not sure what to do next as I have never designed a digital FIR filter.
