How to find orientation using Madgwick Algorithm and Input file from the MATLAB mobile app?

I'm facing difficulties connecting input file from mobile application with madgwick algorithm MATLAB code.

same doubt i have i don't know how we get the live data through matlab stream how we should run the output from the matlab software ?
