R2019bまでライブラリ自体は同梱されておりますが、ライブラリのリストには表示されていない状態です。
リリースノートに記載の通り、R2020aより正式にサポートを終了させて頂いております。
完全な自動置き換えというわけではありませんが、アシスタント機能が提供されておりますので、
よろしければご検討下さい。
