Hello,
you can start by learning about simscape here: https://www.mathworks.com/learn/tutorials/simscape-onramp.html
Then, you can either build it from scratch using the magnetic domain coupled to the electric domain: https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/simscape/ug/electrical-transformer.html
If you want something simpler, just use a simple transformer block: https://www.mathworks.com/help//physmod/sps/transformers.html
You can also build your own simscape blocks from scratch: https://www.mathworks.com/help/physmod/simscape/lang/creating-custom-components.html
