Never ask to save after modifying pathtool

Is there anyway to turn off the question to "save the current path for use in future MATLAB sessions" after modifying the paths on pathtool?
Basically to have it never ask again, until sometimes in the future when I want it to ask again?

You can create your own tool, which uses addpath and savepath automatically. I usually use these commands in the command window directly.

Thanks @Jan.
This is not important, just annoying since I never save my paths from this tool. I usually run some kind of scripts or let the function put stuff on the paths, as needed. Or let Matlab do its own thing. I only do manually checks (and sometimes modification) with the pathtool since it's a little quicker than with command lines; but I just don't want to save these paths after I finish the modifications using the tool.
